My illustration process is a combination of hand-drawn and digital. I draw by hand at A2 size, to ensure my drawings stay as loose as possible, then I scan them in and colour using Adobe Fresco on iPad. Adobe Fresco works seamlessly with both Photoshop and Illustrator, meaning that you never need to worry about the files you’re going to receive.
As much as I am proud to say I can draw anything, I definitely am happiest drawing animals. I love to get lots of emotion and character into everything I draw, including little details to make children and grown-ups smile. In fact, see if you can spot the goldfish doing a poo in this image!
My experience as a designer, means that your designers can receive artwork with confidence, as I know what is required in terms of good file delivery.
